As we are able to discover and express our hidden emotions and create new relational responses we then have the potential to change a distressed and rigid relationship into a more secure, safe and satisfying one. I believe in a client centered approach to therapy, however, the ways in which I work with you draw upon numerous different theories. Assessing personal resources and strengths, uncovering hidden emotions, exploring belief systems and personal narratives is an important part of the work we will do.
