In my book, "Group Therapy Self-Esteem, Replacing Negative Thoughts as Quickly! Recognize what people, places, or things promote negative thinking; You can't change all situations, but you can change how you react to them. Secondly, there's an ongoing dialogue always happening in your brain. So take the time to note any unhealthy trends in dialogue. Is this thinking based on truth or trash?! Lastly, Challenge your thinking if you see yourself jumping to conclusions or always downplaying the positive about yourself. Forgive yourself, give credit to yourself, and most of all, love yourself!
