Therapy can be a powerful part of the healing process. I feel honored to witness that process when working with individuals seeking help to deal with difficult life circumstances. I strive to create an environment where a person can feel safe and comfortable discussing their struggles. My approach is collaborative and seeks to draw out an individual's strengths allowing them to better address their concerns and feel more at ease in their everyday life.
I have been in the field of clinical social work since 2007. My previous experience includes work with survivors of domestic violence, sexual abuse and human trafficking.
In my current practice I see individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, self esteem and survivors of sexual abuse and trauma. I have experience working with teens, young adults, and women.
