I became a therapist after doing my own healing work and learning how powerful it can be to rebuild from the inside out. During our first few sessions, we’ll take time to get to know each other and build a foundation of trust. You’re always in control of what you choose to share, and we will only explore experiences at a pace that feels safe for you. My role is to provide a grounded, supportive environment where you can speak openly and stay connected to your boundaries.
I’m a good fit for individuals who feel overwhelmed or unsure where to begin with their healing. Many people come to me navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or a loss of connection to themselves. You don’t have to have everything figured out to start—just a willingness to show up for yourself.
