Life can feel exhausting when you are isolated, facing one stressor after another all while trying to live life as your authentic self. Many times people feel stuck when a major life event happens or when life is not turning out as you imagined. The stressful event may interfere with your day to day life at home, work, school or in your relationships. My job as a therapist is to guide and support you along the way.
