Hello! I am Suzanne! I have been working with clients for over 35 years, facilitating self exploration skills, passion in life, and building self confidence! We will address thoughts and feelings; some of which may be faulty and were formed from early childhood. We will discuss how common reactions are based on "learned intuitive behaviors;" which causes the "fight, flight, and freeze responses." You will develop positive skills to conquer these reactions, for a healthy sense of self esteem, happiness, and personal strength. My focus .... Child and Adult Trauma, PTSD, Depression/Bipolar, Anxiety, ADHD, Codependency, Conflict and Anger management, low self esteem and lack of confidence. My approach is Client-Centered. I provide Psychoeducation on neurological processes in the brain, EMDR I&II, CBT, Emotional Regulation, Solution -Focused, Narrative, and Motivational skills.
I practice unconditional positive regard, objectivity with my clients, allowing clients to fully be themselves, and to develop their full potential, happy and secure, self confident!
