I see therapy as a way to help my clients heal and grow faster than they can on their own. I believe in looking at a person's strengths and helping my clients develop more self compassion and appreciation for themselves.
I provide a space that is safe and free from judgment for my clients. I want to help my clients set goals and remove blocks to reaching their goals and heart's desires.
I am an interactive therapist who will provide feedback in a helpful and understanding manner.
My specialty is using EMDR to help people get more in touch with their strengths, develop self appreciation, exercise increased self care, clear out unresolved emotional memories and trauma. I have been doing EMDR frequently since 2107. I have helped many people with all sorts of problems.
I use EMDR to clear after effects of trauma, addictions, anxiety and depression. I am an artist who understands being highly sensitive. I offer evening hours. I have 39 years experience as a therapist and 45 yrs as a social worker. I specialize in helping people recover from depression and anxiety.
