I've been working as a private practice therapist since 2008 — first as an intern and then as a licensed clinician. I am attentive, warm, and compassionate. I take my work seriously & believe a little humor can aid in the healing process.

I have over 18 years of experience in couples counseling, addiction, separation/divorce, grief, trauma, depression/anxiety, adult children of mentally ill parents, domestic violence, and the transition to parenthood. I am fascinated by the mind-body connection; exploring physical responses to stress can provide meaningful insights.
