About
Struggling with anxiety, depression and/or relationship issues really...well...sucks. No need to sugar coat it. And talking to a stranger about your most intimate concerns takes a big leap of faith and incredible courage. I'm honored you are considering taking this step with me. We will work as a team and develop a plan together - identifying possible barriers to happiness in the past and guiding you toward a more healthy and rewarding life. You shouldn't have to struggle so much - let's figure this out so you can start feeling better!
I absolutely love working with adults on a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, academic or professional struggles, relationship conflict and family of origin issues. We might simply talk and figure out what will be most helpful for you or maybe we will interweave some yoga and breathing practices into the time we spend together.
I appreciate you trusting me to help you in this difficult yet pivotal time in your life. Things can get better and you deserve for that change and healing to finally happen. And dogs can help! Mia, my 12lb Cavapoo, will be there to do so. She is hypoallergenic and very sweet! Please let me know if this is an issue as my practice might not be the best fit.

Suzanne Harman's Groups
Yoga for Anxiety
Traditional psychotherapy helps us to discover the roots of our anxiety and uses cognitive strategies to intervene. But often the body doesn't feel calm as a result. Yoga offers a pathway that works with the physical manifestations of anxiety connecting the physical, cognitive and emotional systems - helping us to feel more balanced, calm and centered. The groups will provide the science behind this connection, clarify how to strengthen the relationship between body and brain and offer yogic interventions to reduce symptoms. This group is via Telehealth. It is not insurance billable and is $210 for a six week session.
