I particularly enjoy supporting teens, adults, and parents in navigating the overlap of neurodivergence (ASD and/or ADHD) and mood/anxiety disorders, in themselves or their children. I also have experience working with attachment issues, trauma, and disenfranchised grief. Clients who enjoy animals, nature, or who consider themselves creatives will find a kindred spirit in me.
My style is warm and direct, with practical strategies that help you understand yourself and reduce overwhelm. I often bring play, creativity, and nature into the work to promote healing and grounding. My Adlerian background leads me to take a holistic perspective, see all behavior as serving a purpose, and help you find new ways think about your problems.
My goal is to offer a space where you can be yourself, embrace your unique strengths, and build a life that feels more sustainable. I currently see clients via telehealth through Fairwater Counseling and Consultation, with early morning, evening, and weekend availability.
