As a therapist, I am committed to the facilitating the process for you of discovering unconscious patterns and beliefs, how they have been beneficial or harmful, and learning to make consciously informed responses to the problematic situations in life that you are facing.
I enjoy working with a variety of clients, including adults, adolescents, and children in a comfortable and collaborative atmosphere. I have experience working with grief and loss, particularly loss from suicide. I have over 20 years of experience working with young children and their parents. I have training in multiple therapies that can be used to address your child's concerning behaviors. For very young children, parental involvement is beneficial as we know that children grow and develop best in relationship.
