I work with adults navigating a variety of conditions including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and chronic illness. As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), I focus on getting to the root of anxiety so that, together, we can develop strategies that support real healing and lasting change. Many of my clients are in midlife or beyond—sorting through past experiences, facing present-day stressors, and wanting to feel more connected to themselves and others. I see therapy as a space to slow down, talk through what’s heavy, sit with what’s uncertain, and begin to move toward what feels more true to you.
At the heart of my work is presence. I offer a grounded space where you can feel seen & supported. Our sessions may include guided meditation, spiritual exploration, or somatic movement practices. I’m a Certified Holden Qigong Teacher and an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer. I draw from these disciplines to support mind-body reconnection and emotional healing.
My goal is for you to feel seen, not judged; heard, not rushed. Together, we’ll make space for laughter, tears, silence, and growth.
