About
My goal for every client who comes to see me is for them to have a more loving, compassionate relationship to themselves, others, and their past. I want every client to leave our work together having a better understanding of themselves, how their symptoms are manifesting, and coping skills to manage difficulties in the future.
I have 10 years experience working with addiction, stress, anxiety and depression. My previous includes addiction treatment facilities workings as a clinical therapist with co-occuring disorders as well as in private practice working with individuals who are experiencing major life stressors, periods of transition and depression/anxiety.
I enjoy working with adults and adolescents who desire change and have hope for a more fulfilling life. It is deeply fascinating to examine a lifetime of experiences to understand the things we do and the choices we make.
