About
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and former CSSD Family Relations Counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy can offer relief and hope for whatever it is you may be struggling with. I provide a warm, supportive, empathetic environment for clients in order to foster self-exploration without judgment. My techniques include EMDR (most effective treatment for trauma), Gottman technique and CBT. I also offer pet assisted therapy with my certified therapy dog, Gracie.
Specialties include relationship issues, custody, divorce mediation, reunification counseling, co-parenting counseling, child/adolescent issues, depression/anxiety, court ordered anger management and working with first responders. I can help navigate through all aspects of the divorce process. I'm also trained in EMDR and Gottman Couples Therapy.
I have experience working with difficult/defiant court involved adolescents/adults, first responders, addiction, bipolar disorder, as well as relational issues.My experience includes working in the court system as a Family Relations counselor, custody evaluations, divorce mediation, co-parenting counseling and in an outpatient clinic setting.
