Few other spaces exist where your needs and well-being can be the priority. This is a key part of the healing power of therapy, which is why I believe it is so important you find a therapist who is a good fit for you. I work with clients who desire to learn more about their unique needs to function optimally and are open to trying new ways of thinking and coping to find healthier functioning. I love to support neurodivergent clients of all ages.

I use an integrated neurodivergent-affirming approach to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing on psychodynamic, ACT, CBT, ERP, IFS (Level I), cognitive and solution focused. Significant experience with teens, young adults, adults in transition, & neurodivergence. Addt'l Trngs: DBT, TF-CBT, C-PTSD, Gottman, ADHD, ASD, giftedness, OCD, grief, burnout.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I am known for my genuine, judgment-free, empathetic presence, and bring my experience, education, training and sense of humor to my work. Online Neurodivergent Teen Group (Summer 2025)

A 6-Week Online Support and Skills Group for neurodivergent teens, led by a Neurodivergent therapist. The Group will be limited to 6 participants to create a small neurodiverse-affirming space, and it will include weekly topics and skills building to help members connect with others and better navigate common challenges in their daily lives and relationships. FEE: $500 (includes 6 weekly Group meetings (75-minutes) plus an individual intake session (45-minutes). Some limited sliding scale slots and payment plans are available for demonstrated financial need. STARTS: Summer 2025 (Evenings: 4:15pm-5:30pm) - Day to be Determined
