I use a blended approach to meet each client’s unique needs, drawing from psychodynamic (attachment), CBT, brief models, family systems and narrative therapy. Experience with middle and HS ages, young adults, adults in transition, & neurodivergence. Addt'l Trng: ERP, ACT, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, grief, burnout, compassion fatigue & attachment.

Online structured HSP Skills Group, facilitated by HSP therapist to foster education, self-exploration & group sharing about the HSP trait. Living and working in a non-HSP world impacts sense of self, health, and relationships. HSPs are often default caretakers yet feel out of place in families, relationships & jobs. With filters wide open, many unknowingly endure until burn out. Join HSPs for safe, mutual support and skills-uilding.
