I work with couples seeking to rebuild trust, improve communication, and strengthen emotional connection, as well as adolescents (ages 12+) navigating anxiety, family conflict, school pressures, identity concerns, and performance-related stress. My goal is to help clients—whether partners or teens—gain clarity, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful change that lasts.

I draw from evidence-based models including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a Christian based approaches. Sessions are collaborative and nonjudgmental, and I often use tools like timelines, genograms, and pattern mapping to help clients recognize patterns and chart new, healthier paths forward.

With a background as an athlete and professional dancer, I have a unique understanding of performance-driven environments and their impact on emotional well-being. I also created Aristobulos Teens, a 10-session program designed to help adolescents build resilience, set meaningful goals, and increase self-confidence in all areas of life.
