As a Certified Clinical EFT Tapping practitioner and Certified MINT Motivational Interviewing Trainer, I’ve taught at trauma conferences with UC Davis and UC Fresno. Results, similar to clinical trials, show EFT Tapping rapidly reduces the emotional impact of distressing memories and stuck places. With MI, we partner to guide you toward your desired goals.
Clinical EFT Tapping is effective for phobias, anxiety, depression, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), pain and other problems, and improving performance and creativity. Kaiser and the VA now permit experts to utilize EFT/Tapping with patients. Motivational Interviewing/MI has a foundational belief that all people have the capacity and ability to change!
