In addition, I see individuals with a variety of issues such as life confusion, anxiety, depression, relationship loss and grief and trauma. Finally, I see couples and those having family issues. I am a seasoned therapist with over 25 years experience. I keep up to date in research and current trends. I am trauma certified as well.

Parents who are estranged by their adult children
This group is for parents who have been estranged/abandoned by their adult children. This has become increasingly more common recently. The polarization and cut off, often with no explanation, causes unbearable pain leaving parents confused with often no one to turn to. It frequently causes family members to take sides increasing family conflicts. This group is to help parents navigate the path to healing and to teach self care before emotional issues set in permanently. This therapy group is in person only and is held in Tempe.

Parents Estranged by their adult children
This is an online support /coaching group for parents anywhere in the country who are currently estranged by their adult children. Next group starts beginning of July 2024.The price is $40.00 per session for 90 minutes. Group will have a maximum of 10 Clients on a weekly basis.
