I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships. As a trauma-informed therapist and EMDR-trained LCSW, I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them process difficult experiences, develop healthier coping skills, and move toward lasting emotional wellness. My goal is to provide a compassionate space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to grow.
My approach to therapy is to help you find your own strengths and to develop the insight and tools you need to navigate life's challenges. I specialize in trauma, grief, depression and anxiety and use a multi disciplinary approach including CBT, DBT and trauma informed care. I counsel individuals as well as couples.
I understand the feelings of frustration, sadness, and helplessness that accompany big life changes and I am here to sit with you, listen to you and help you find yourself again....for your today and your tomorrow.
