My role as your therapist is to help you find lasting change and to create strategies for addressing life's challenges that keep you true to your own path.
I have worked with adult clients who have encountered a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, loss and grief, significant life transitions, relationship difficulties and parenting challenges. My work with children and teens is also extensive and includes addressing behavior challenges, social learning, self esteem, anxiety and depression.
I also love helping families rediscover their sense of deep connection and belonging with each other. In addition to providing traditional family therapy, I also offer Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, a unique therapy for families with younger children who struggle with challenging behaviors.
