At my very core, I enjoy and cherish people and your stories. That I get to be a part of your process of discovery, growth and healing is a great honor and one that I do not take lightly. I believe in the ability for people to heal, grow and change. I draw from a holistic, person-centered approach and specialize in assisting you through life's adjustments; meaning making, loss, grief & mourning; counseling with counselors; trauma, relationship challenges and struggles with a variety of mental health needs (e.g., anxiety, depression, anger, etc.). We have openings with my team of clinicians with both daytime in office and telehealth.
I look at therapy through both a humanistic and existential lens. I am trained in EMDR, trauma, Emotional Focused Therapy and draw from, CBT, MI and Expressive therapies. I am grateful to work with a diverse group of clinicians, each trained in various specialties to respond to varying client needs and with a client driven and solution focus plan of care.
