Hello, I'm Suzanne. Are you feeling as if the circumstances in your life are preventing you from functioning at your desired level? Would you like to talk with someone who, without being judgmental, could assist you in dealing with the challenges in your life? Together, we will develop a safe environment to promote your therapy experience positively and work towards the goals you want to achieve. Life poses hardships, and at times even the strongest of people may need assistance as they try to cope. Whatever you are struggling with, whether it is anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, depression, substance use, or other specific issues.
I apply an eclectic-therapeutic approach to provide personalized therapy for you. My counseling style is one of support, honesty, and compassion. The therapies I have expertise in are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Substance Abuse Therapy, Regression Therapy, and Christian-based Therapy (only upon request).
I hold a Master's degree (MA) and am a Certified Addiction Specialist and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Your time in therapy is an investment that will pay off in every area of your life, including the genuine relationship you will develop with yourself and those you will have with others.
