At Halcyon Wellness, I provide a calm, safe and supportive space to explore life’s emotional tides—whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, substance/alcohol use, adhd, trauma, life transitions and stressors, or various other challenges, I help individuals navigate those waves. As the founder and a practicing therapist with over 10 years of experience, I’ve witnessed firsthand the healing power of slowing down, tuning in, and learning to ride the currents of our emotional lives with greater skill and self-compassion.
At Halcyon Wellness, I blend compassionate, person-centered, strengths-based care with a variety of skills and techniques drawn from evidence-based treatment modalities including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Solution-Focused, QPR, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), and more. We offer both Psychotherapy and Psychiatric Med Management.
