I’m not a regular therapist. I’m a cool therapist (get the Mean Girls reference? ;) I help people who, like me, are rainbow-colored in a black and white world. Have your creativity, individuality, and freakiness been crushed under the pressure to be “normal”? I’m not here for that. I practice and preach self-love, self-acceptance, and a shame-free life. My specialties are sexuality, couples’ therapy, and neurodiversity. I assist people on the autism spectrum, those working through sexual dysfunction, individuals with sexual trauma or shame, and couples looking to improve their relationships and intimacy.

I'm also a women’s nonfiction author, sex educator, birth doula, psychedelics journalist, model, and body positive activist. I like to help women with mysterious health issues, those struggling with eating or body image, and those integrating medicine journeys. Clients appreciate that I am a compassionate, nonjudgmental listener and offer concrete solutions.

I like to say I provide “sexistential therapy” because I combine sex therapy modalities like mindfulness and sensate focus with existential therapy—explorations of deep meaning. Learn to live a spiritual and embodied existence. For those familiar with the lingo, I also practice psychodynamic therapy, DBT, and Jungian methods like dream analysis. Let's play.
