Having made multiple transitions over the course of my lifetime, I'll happily help you navigate yours: relationship shifts, retirement, illness, empty nest, aging parents, changes in employment, repurposing yourself, dark nights of the soul. I'll accompany you through the anxiety, depression, loneliness, procrastination, discouragement, and overwhelm that can accompany these times as you are on your way to greater inner peace, joy, life satisfaction and more. I'll work with you to come to your center, take a deep breath and learn to reside in the eye of the storm until life-giving options come into view.
I work primarily with older adults at a crossroads, unsure of path and purpose, helping you experience wisdom, clarity, well-being and a life that you love. Often a holistic approach helps, consulting with Mind, Body, Spirit, Emotions. Conventional wisdom says one thing, but the reality is that you are unique. Conventional wisdom may not fit for you at all.
My manner is warm, affirming and strength-based. Through our conversations, through simple practices you will develop tools that lead to deeper peace and inner knowing to help you navigate what life dishes out. These are self-help tools work in the present and can be applied to weather storms that arise in the future.
