Are you feeling the weight of caregiving and don’t know how to start prioritizing your own well being? Do you have trouble bonding in meaningful ways with those closest to you? Are you and your partner having trouble staying connected during life transitions? These are issues I often guide clients through, empowering them to live lives of authenticity and alignment. We can collaborate to clarify your values, let go of limiting beliefs, and make space for all of your experiences. If things seem to be going sideways in your life, we will find a way to change your course. You can live the life of peace and meaning that you deserve.
I work with adults of all ages, relationships of all configurations, and I do court mandated coparenting counseling. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and Internal Family Systems. My style is direct, lighthearted, and warm—therapy is about connecting authentically and putting you first.
Reach out if you feel something in your life is off, you feel like some change must be made, and you are having trouble knowing where to start. I can help discern what’s standing in the way of clarity and alignment, and together we can support your goals and emotional experience.
