I use a range of evidence-based approaches, including person-centered therapy, strength-based counseling, compassion-focused therapy and CBT.
My primary areas of specialty include perinatal women (pre-pregnancy, pregnancy, postpartum, and infertility; I am Perinatal Mental Health certified) and people who are going through perimenopause and menopause. Other areas of focus include working to support teens and women struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, grief & loss, and trauma.
