I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly 30 years of experience. In this time, I have worked with adults of all ages to address depression, anxiety and panic, grief, health concerns, borderline personality disorder, family and relationship issues, and substance abuse. I value collaboration with my clients to discover solutions tailored to fit their situations and needs.
I graduated with my Master's degree in Social Work in 1996 from the University of Texas at Arlington. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric care, substance abuse, and individual therapy. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy among other modalities.
