About
The process of starting therapy can feel overwhelming. I seek to create a safe and trusting environment, where we can explore the areas in which you are wanting help. I use an integrative approach, catering to client’s unique needs and goals.
I have experience working with adults and adolescents around issues of anxiety/stress, sadness, grief and loss, dissatisfying relationships, life transitions, self esteem, and traumatic experiences. My style is compassionate, direct and practical.
Whether you are seeking short-term support on a specific concern, or are interested in exploring longer term work, I offer a 20 minute free phone consultation call so that we can get a sense of how we might work together.
