I am a Certified Level 3 IFS Therapist and IFS-I Approved Consultant. Areas of focus are trauma, addiction and grief. I honor ancestral wisdom and facilitate legacy unburdening for intergenerational healing. I offer IFS individual and group consultation to therapists. I am also EMDR Certified and trained in R-TEP to address recent traumatic events.
I am a Latinx therapist with over 15 years working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I use evidence based interventions in my practice and see many creative individuals including artists, musicians, writers, coaches and therapists. I am committed to co-creating space for folks to experience healing, transformation and growth.
