I bring more than two decades of clinical experience, working collaboratively with individuals, couples and families across a variety of settings.I support individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression,PTSD and mental health& nutrition concerns related to everyday challenges and life stressors.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from MCLA 2005 & MA SPC-SW 2009
My therapeutic approach is client centered, collaborative, grounded in empathy, active listening and empowerment. I strive to create a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, respected and encouraged in personal growth and healing.
As a therapist, My goal is to help clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills and move toward meaningful and lasting change, changing the “Negitive Self Dialogue”. It is my belief that as a society we need to “Embrace Change” instead of running in “FEAR” as Fear is "false evidence appearing real"
I provide a compassionate, supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, understood and empowered as they navigate life's challenges.
It is important to smash the STIGMA, and accept one another for who we are what we have been through.
