In our work together, I aim to help you explore your personal history to gain a deeper understanding of your current challenges and increase your self-awareness. I believe that early experiences and unresolved traumas can show up in our present lives, often influencing our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. For this reason, I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we work together to uncover the clarity needed for living more intentionally, thoughtfully, and with a greater sense of self.
My approach is informed by a combination of therapeutic models that offer opportunities for self-exploration from different perspectives. Specifically, I draw from Relational & Attachment Theory, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT).
My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard and respected, yet also encouraged to engage in meaningful self-exploration. I offer flexible scheduling, including Sunday appointments, to meet your needs.
