As a marriage and family therapist and mother of 5 and grandmother of 6, I bring a wealth of experience from my life journey, my own therapy and the therapy i do with clients. I have found that healing happens when an individual is aided in finding their buried best. We often get lost in our journey of life and from that may experience depression, disappointment, disillusionment, etc.
I believe as a client becomes awakened to their strengths, the parts of them that have become lost, will emerge and true healing begin.
I offer a systemic view of looking at problems. We all are part of a system whether it be the family of origin, our workspace, or our relationships we are currently in. As we look at the process, we are then able to change the system and change ourselves
