With over 25 years of experience in social work, I know that life can bring challenges that sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or simply struggling to find your footing, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can be heard and understood.
I work with teens (13+) and adults, both court-ordered and voluntary, using a strength-based, person-centered approach. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are and helping them build on their own strengths to create lasting change.
I am trained in Brainspotting (Level 1) and grief counseling, and bring experience supporting individuals with PTSD, anxiety, and depression. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative—I see therapy as a partnership where we walk together toward healing and growth.
