I have supported clients in hospitals, emergency rooms, outpatient clinics, and telehealth therapy. My approach is warm, caring, and focuses on connecting with my clients. The majority of my experience has been supporting clients with major life changes (new health diagnosis, new baby, retirement) and the impacts that life change has on the client. Clients that prefer CBT, mindfulness, and desire to grow and adapt are best suited to my therapeutic approach. I specialize in life limiting illnesses, major life transitions, and anxiety.

I provide an empathetic approach to working with people living with chronic or life limiting illnesses. I utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy to my approach.
