Reaching out for support takes courage, and I am excited to help you identify and take the steps needed to make the changes you would like to see in your own life and relationships. I have over 15 years of professional work experience in clinical case management and counseling services. My experience includes working with a wide array of groups and individuals ranging from addiction, eating disorders, various types of physical and emotional trauma, sexual trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am also certified in teaching trauma informed yoga and mindfulness practices, as well as incorporating these elements into our sessions.
A cornerstone of my practice involves helping individuals understand and deepen their mindbody connection through a variety of tools and techniques. Learning how things like trauma and chronic stress can impact your physiology is an important part of the healing process, as gaining these skills will help you to better find stability within.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process, and I will provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you do this work. My goal and hope is to ultimately work myself out of a job with every client, so we will start wherever and however you are ready. I look forward to meeting you!
