I'm drawn to Robert Frost's quote "the best way out is always through." It captures a sense of deep suffering and illustrates the type of relief that the process of therapy can bring. As a psychotherapist, I walk beside you on that journey. I welcome individuals of all identities looking to work on a wide range of issues but have particular expertise in the areas of addiction, grief, and trauma. I love doing this work and bring a lot of care and authenticity with me to sessions.
If you're a couple visiting my page, I know how challenging it can be to navigate conflict and impasses. Sometimes all you need is the support of a therapist to help you get unstuck. Couples therapy can help you better understand and have compassion for yourself and your partner, leaving you more empowered as an individual and more connected as a unit.
When you’re able to trust your therapist and feel safe enough to be vulnerable in sessions, profound work can take place. I strive to give that type of experience to all of my clients, and I look forward to the possibility of doing that for you. Feel free to reach out at any time using the contact information below to learn about how we can work together.
