Change is unavoidable. Sometimes, we're ready; sometimes, we're blindsided. I work with individuals going through all kinds of transitions: relationships shifting, careers changing, identities evolving, families growing or restructuring, grief, loss, and personal reinvention. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already have a lot of what you need inside. You might just need a space to think and feel without judgment.

Drawing on person-centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, creative expression, and strengths-based perspectives, I work with each person to find the best tools for their needs. My goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move forward in ways that align with your values and goals.
