Welcome! My goal as an individual counselor is to provide you with a safe, supportive space to explore your goals. Together, we will identify hurdles you’re experiencing and explore underlying causes. I will assist you in identifying and building healthy coping skills, in a validating, safe space.
No matter your situation, I feel honored to be in a counseling relationship with others as discoveries are made which provide hope and lasting change. We all have unique experiences and I support this by providing an eclectic therapeutic approach to allow you to feel safe and comfortable with the direction of the work we do as you move towards your goals.
