I'm Susie, a trauma therapist and sex therapist based in Pittsburgh, PA, and founder of Full Expression Therapies. I specialize in working with complex trauma, C/PTSD, and survivors of sexual and gender-based violence. I'm also a sex-positive, kink-allied, sex worker affirming therapist — offering a genuinely judgment-free space for exploring sexuality, intimacy, and identity. Whether you've been carrying something for a long time or you're just starting to name it, I'd love to connect.
My work is body-based and relational — drawing from EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, expressive arts, and trauma-informed yoga, all tailored to you. I'm a certified EMDR therapist and EMDR Consultant-in-Training, currently pursuing AASECT sex therapy certification.

This 12-week trauma processing group for individuals 18+ meets in person at our studio office in the Northside. Each session includes mindfulness, social connection, trauma education, and artistic expression, followed by 30 minutes of trauma-informed yoga. The space includes mats, pillows, art supplies, grounding items, and soft lighting, with full security and parking. Payment options include Victim's Compensation and a sliding scale. If you've experienced sexual violence in PA, you may qualify for cost coverage. Individual therapy is not required to join. This monthly in-person supervision group supports clinicians seeking integrative, trauma-specific training while earning hours toward LCSW or LPC licensure. Each session focuses on trauma case conceptualization, EMDR- and IFS/parts-informed interventions, somatic and embodiment-based approaches, and building a sustainable trauma practice. Offered on a sliding scale to remain accessible at all stages of training. Sessions are held in a sensory-friendly space with tea, snacks, and doodle supplies provided.
