If you’ve experienced sexual violence in Pennsylvania, ask me about resources to help cover your therapy costs. I practice from a relational and feminist framework, helping clients explore how relationships and societal structures influence healing and connection. My experience includes working with individuals navigating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I have extensive experience supporting survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, as well as those with C/PTSD. I'm also proficient in working with sex workers, the LGBTQIA+ community, and individuals exploring neurodivergence.
I’m a certified EMDR therapist and sexual assault counselor, currently pursuing certification in sex therapy. My approach integrates IFS/parts work, Gestalt techniques, yoga, expressive arts, and somatic therapy. As a sex-positive therapist, I create a judgment-free space for healing and exploration. This 12-week trauma processing group for individuals 18+ meets in person at the JCC on Forbes Ave in Pittsburgh, PA. Each session includes mindfulness, social connection, trauma education, and artistic expression to support healing, followed by 30 minutes of trauma-informed yoga. The space includes all yoga materials necessary including mats and pillows, art supplies, grounding items, and sofa lighting, with full security and parking. Multiple payment options are available, including Victim’s Compensation and a sliding scale. If you’ve experienced sexual violence in PA, you may qualify for cost coverage. Individual therapy is not required to join.

Trauma Focused Reading Group

This 5-week trauma-focused reading group for adults 18+ meets in person. Each session offers a trauma-informed space for shared reflection and discussion on a selection of books on trauma—typically narrative nonfiction or memoirs based on real-life accounts. The group follows a small-group format with a maximum of 8 attendees to support depth and connection. Tea, grounding items, and cozy seating is provided. The group meets for five consecutive weeks, followed by a one-week break between cycles (books vary from cycle to cycle). Sliding scale rate: $60–$90 per cycle, paid upfront.
