As a certified trauma professional with specialized training in perinatal mental health, I am passionate about supporting parents through all stages of life, particularly during the family-building journey, including the emotional complexities of infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and other transitional moments that come with starting or growing a family. Healthy parents nurture healthier generations. My goal is to create a warm, safe and compassionate space where you can explore your feelings, find healing, and build resilience. I also work with individuals navigating the complex effects of trauma, betrayal, narcissistic abuse, divorce, faith transitions disordered eating, and body image issues. I use a range of therapeutic techniques including: EMDR, mindfulness practices, somatic work and more to help you process difficult experiences and rediscover your glow!
