I offer an approach influenced by person-centered, conversational style, drawing upon gestalt, CBT, mindfulness, and childhood trauma work. While supporting individuals as they face overwhelming distress and life circumstances, I find it valuable to explore a person’s history and the root causes that may be contributing to their existing pain and suffering.
