Eating Disorder Intuitive Therapy (EDIT)
I plan to begin this group via Zoom on Thursday February 10th, 2022. The group will be closed for no more than six members, but the first few weeks will be open until the group is full. This is a processing group, following the EDIT curriculum with some use of expressive arts. The out of pocket cost of this group is $75 and it will take place on a biweekly basis. We will submit it to insurance if you are covered with in network providers (Aetna; Cigna; United/Optum). Sliding scale fee available upon request.

This group is ongoing, so new members can join at any point. Learn the four DBT Skills modules of mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, and distress tolerance with the support of your group leader and peers. Skills training is an essential part of this group, so join only if you are willing to practice the skills that could improve your emotional wellness. Within the modules, you can be educated on ways to decrease your emotional vulnerability, improve your problem solving skills, and increase your acceptance of problems that are not changing, with the goal of building a life worth living.
