If you are autistic, or think that you might be, it can be helpful to meet with someone outside your circle of family and friends who can help you sort through your experiences. I work with adults who seek clarity on whether they are autistic, or who already identify as autistic and who want a deeper understanding of themselves through this lens. Many people find that talking with someone who "gets it" can provide relief, understanding, deeper compassion for oneself, and a sense of belonging.
I offer therapy that is neurodiversity-affirming and understands your strengths as well as your unique challenges. I also offer Autism Assessments that are informed by current research as well as guidance from the Autistic community. My style is warm, interactive, and collaborative. I have particular strengths in identifying high-masking women.
