About
I am a Licensed Psychologist who specializes in treating women who are experiencing perinatal mood or anxiety disorders, women who are pregnant and hope to prepare themselves for motherhood, or women who are adjusting to parenthood. I also work with women and families who are working towards getting pregnant or women and families that have experienced child loss or miscarriage. I am passionate about helping my clients learn to take care of themselves, and adjust to a "new normal." I strongly believe that there is hope, even when you may feel hopeless about your current place in life.
My theoretical foundation is grounded in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), but I tailor my treatment approach to best meet your needs. I provide treatment to individuals ages 18 and older.
