About
I provide psychotherapy to individuals and families across the lifespan. I listen attentively to understand what has brought someone to seek out a therapist. Together we determine goals or a direction for sessions as I believe therapy is a collaborative process. My primary orientation is person-centered and strengths-based. I help a person focus on solutions to ongoing challenges and provide guidance for increased awareness. I have been trained in a variety of therapy modalities and I use these different techniques to support clients in making positive changes toward growth and wellness.
Experienced in these clinical issues: anxiety, depression, phobias,ADHD, trauma, abuse, grief, relationship issues, life transitions, domestic violence, anger management, separation and divorce, blended families, parenting issues, parent/child conflict, family conflict, adoption, peer conflict, bullying, separation anxiety in children
