Starting therapy can be intimidating. I am here to help as you begin this journey. I work with individuals and couples as they navigate life transitions such as marriage, changes in relationship or family structure, and adjusting to college or a new career. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ and young adult clients. I am also available to provide sex therapy to individuals and couples.
I have experience providing trauma focused therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have helped clients to address concerns ranging from abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, self-harm, and family separation.
My approach to therapy is non-judgmental and person centered. I strive to create an environment where the client feels safe and supported as they navigate their therapeutic journey.
