Sometimes life gets overwhelming and the light at the end of the tunnel gets dim. I've been there and I know that at those times a little help can go a long way to put things back together again, to get a better perspective and/or to make necessary changes to get closer to that light again.
I have been helping people of all ages with these tasks over the past 20 years. My areas of specialty include working with victims of trauma and abuse, who experience anxiety and depression. I also work with couples trying to strengthen or rebuild their relationships.
Having had a wide variety of life experiences enables me to feel comfortable and understand and empathize with my clients' issues. I use a client-centered approach in my treatment, adding cognitive-behavioral tools as needed.
