I am an EMDRIa Approved Consultant, Somatic Attachment Focused EMDR Trainer & a IFS Therapist. I offer individual sessions & EMDR Intensive Retreats, 1-3 days. Intensive format is developed to help clients receive accelerated care so you can feel better sooner. I wholeheartedly care about your healing journey creating the safe space you deserve to heal.
